George Is On The 'Rhodes' To Tennis Success

Former student George Ross has landed himself a fantastic job opportunity following his education with Bexhill 6th Form College.

George studied the Sport Extended Diploma and was a member of the College Tennis Academy in which he was voted most improved player last year by the coach and his peers.

He passed his Lawn Tennis Association Level One in Tennis Coaching and took advantage of the opportunities offered to him through the College Tennis Academy including a trip to the internationally renowned Tennis Centre in Spain, La Manga.

George has recently informed us that due to the experience he has gained from his time at Bexhill 6th Form College, he has now been offered a position working as a Tennis Coach in a Mark Warner Holidays 5* Hotel in Rhodes, Greece.

Clare Cole, Head of Sports at the College said, “We were so pleased to hear about George’s job opportunity. It was very well deserved as George was always a very keen Tennis player and very dedicated to the sport.
