Bexhill College Takes Part In St Michael's Hospice Yellow Day

Info Updated June 2012

Last Friday saw Bexhill College wearing its sunniest colours to support St Michael’s Hospice in its Yellow Day.

Staff members gathered at the front entrance of the College first thing in the morning to collect from all who came through the doors.

Bexhill College employee Toni Lopez said, “St Michaels helped my mum and us as a family with her end of life care, making us feel like we were the only family that mattered. I hope no one ever needs the help of this wonderful organisation but if they do, they will get first rate, caring and meaningful support.
In loving memory of my Mum, Leigh Beddard – 24.09.1946 – 29.06.2011”

Altogether, Bexhill College managed to raise over £70 for Yellow Day. Which, when added to the money collected from the other 30 schools and 29 businesses throughout Bexhill and Hastings that took part, should ensure another successful annual even for St Michael’s Hospice.
