Pilates is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, sex and level of fitness. Each exercise can be done at different levels of intensity with modifications for anyone with specific muscular or joint limitations. Benefits from Pilates are that it can improve overall body strength. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body.
