Course Duration : 6 Weeks
This course covers basic cake icing and decoration using royal icing and sugarpaste. This includes cake covering, frills, lace work, flowers and sprays, piping and flood icing for novelty and celebration cakes.
The items you are required to bring week one are as follows:
• 500g of sugar paste
• Edible glue
• Fine paintbrush
• Pallet knife / small knife
• Cocktail sticks
• A wipe down cloth for cleaning after class
• Box / container to transport sugar model home
