Course Duration : 6 Weeks
This course is suitable for beginners or more experienced cooks keen to explore and learn new skills. You will cook a variety vegetarian starters and main dishes to take home. You will also be shown how to alter the dishes to make wonderful vegan alternatives. A list of ingredients and equipment needed will be supplied before each class.
