This nine hour course provides essential training in the principles of preparing food in hygienic conditions and minimising the risks of food poisoning. It is necessary for anyone working with food. At the end of the course students sit a short multiple choice test to gain the Level 2 Award in Food Safety. Students must attend ALL sessions.
