Thursday 16th August 2018 - AS, A2 & BTEC/Vocational Results Day
RESULTS COLLECTION FOR LEAVING STUDENTS:
Leaving students will be able to view their AS, A2 and A Level exam results on their College Portal from 6am on Thursday 16th August 2018. Staff will be in College from 8:30am – 12 noon to give help and advice if needed.
RESULTS COLLECTION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS:
8:30 - 12:00
•Results to be collected from Refectory
•Students will then need to follow a process to sign their Learner's Agreement
•Depending on the results achieved, this may involve a discussion with a member of staff.
If required to see a member of staff, there could be some waiting time.
•Results can be collected by a family member or friend if they bring letter signed by the student authorizing them to do so and photo identification.
Results not collected by 12:00 on 16th August will be posted to the students' home address held on our system.
Students who do not attend results day, but have gained the required grades, will be programmed and sent an e-mail confirming their courses for the following year.
•Students who do not attend results day and have not gained the required grades will be e-mailed with an appointment to come into College for an interview on their return from holiday.
•We will use the e-mail address stored on the College system.
•Please note that the College is very busy on Results Day so contact with staff may be limited. We will do our best to e-mail students on Results Day but we cannot guarantee this.
We will however attempt to have e-mailed all students that were not able to attend by the end of Friday 17th August 2018.
Vocational Certificates, including BTEC Certificates, for students completing their courses this summer will be available to collect from the College Reception at the following times:

Thursday 23rd August 2018
8.30 am - 11.00 am

GCSE Results will be available to collect from the College Reception from 8:30am - 11:00am. Uncollected results will be posted that day and should arrive on Friday 24th August.
