Bexhill College Men's 1st team had their biggest match of the season against Buckswood, in the semi-final of the Sussex Schools U19's league play off at Eastbourne Borough FC. Bexhill started off quickly and positively, using the large pitch to their advantage through their pacey attack. Follow a previous league fixture against Buckswood, Bexhill nullified their threats early on and introduced a style of play that rewarded them with an early goal from Dan Hull. Bexhill College continued to dominate and were rewarded for their endeavour with a goal from winger Greg Bennett. Despite Buckswood’s best efforts, the College academy controlled the game adding a further two goals. Bexhill will now play Vardean College (part of the Russell Martin Academy) in the final at Lancing Football Club. Manager Rob Wratten, commented, "This was our best performance of the season and the players are looking forward to finishing off the season with a cup final".
Bexhill College 2nd team who won their Sussex Schools U19's League East division and played in the quarter finals against Shoreham Academy at Penland Road. The 2nd team started well and created a couple of chances which they failed to convert, this proved costly when Shoreham took an early lead. This sparked a response from Bexhill through a superb 20 yard shot from skilful winger Ben Beessley. This lifted the home side who added a further 2 goals through Ben Beessley and Attilio Field giving Bexhill a 3 -1 lead at half time. The 2nd half saw Bexhill extend their lead with Beessley scoring the fourth goal and completing his hat trick. Shoreham continued to press which led to a goal, but Bexhill managed to secure an impressive 4 - 2 win in the remaining time. This won Bexhill a place in the semi-finals of the Sussex Schools 2nd League play offs, with a game away to the Weald school.
