Bexhill College recently received exciting news regarding three of their players from the Women's Football Academy. Casey Sands, Molly Kemp and Lillian Tucker have been invited for a trial with Chelsea FC, at their 1st team's training ground in Cobham.
Thanks to Academy and its association with Chelsea FC Foundation, students are able to study a range of A level and BTEC subjects, whilst still receiving regular coaching to a professional level. It is a great opportunity for any passionate, enthusiastic and committed footballers with aspirations of playing football at a higher level.
As well as representing the Academy, Sands, Kemp and Tucker, all play for Bexhill United Ladies at the weekend. Sports Academy Director, Mark Linch, commented, "This is an exciting opportunity for the girls which represents the developments of women's football at both the College and in the local community.”
