Equality and Diversity
Bexhill College has developed a report to Governors that outlines its activities and success in promoting Equality and Diversity. It will provide an overview of work carried out and the policies developed as well as reporting on Key targets. The publication of this report meets the requirements of the Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 and the Equality Act 2010.
The plan concentrates on promoting equality and fairness across the College’s students. These policies aim to improve leadership and management of equality and diversity issues when teaching and learning with regards to race, gender and disability.
