• Strengthens your ankles and knees, thereby reducing your chances of falling
• Regular Yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, depression and stress
This course is suitable for all levels of health and fitness, our experienced tutor will work with you within your capabilities and to your level.
