Mathematics is a ‘must have’ A Level for degree level study in Physical Sciences, Computer science, all branches of Engineering and, of course, Mathematics. If you are thinking of choosing Physics, Computer Science or Chemistry at A Level, Mathematics should go with them.

Algebra and Functions, Co-Ordinate Geometry, Sequences and Series, Differentiation, Integration, Trigonometry, Exponentials and Logarithms
Statistical Models, Data Representation and Interpretation, Probability, Correlation and Regression, Discrete Random Variables, Binomial Distribution, Hypothesis Testing, Proof, Normal Distribution, Numerical Methods
Vectors, Mechanical Models, Kinematics, Particle Dynamics, Particle Statics and Moments
How will I be assessed?
Assessment by examination in May/June of the second year.

All students are required to have a Casio FX991EX calculator.
