The Culinary Skills Diploma teaches you practical skills and knowledge required to gain employment in this field, both locally and nationally. All practical aspects of the qualification will take place in our professional skills kitchen.

How will I be assessed?
All practical assessments are carried out in our professional kitchen within normal lessons, under timed conditions. Knowledge is assessed by the use of written assignments and short answer question papers.
Are there any special expenses?
Students are required to purchase a specific catering uniform and some small equipment, which can be purchased through the College. Students will also be required to hire a locker and obtain print credits.
