English Functional Skills Level 2

Entry Requirements:

Grade 3 or below in GCSE English.

Why Should You Take This Course?

This qualification is an alternative to GCSE English. It is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills needed for the workplace as well as managing literacy in your everyday life. It is available to students who have not achieved a grade 4 or above. It is designed to be more accessible than the GCSE as it requires shorter answer questions and fewer essay style questions. However, it is the same level and standard as GCSE. This is a good course for students who have not yet achieved a grade 3 in GCSE and who have completed Functional Skills Entry Level English.
