Earlier this month, Bexhill College organised several fundraising activities to raise money for BBC Children in Need, and managed to successfully raise a combined total of £344.
The Prince's Trust students at the College organised and ran popular events such as a cake and sweets sale, Pudsey Coin Challenge, and face painting. Lots of students and staff took part in the activities and raised a total of £195.
Members of the Student Union were on hand to help with collecting donations as students arrived for their morning lessons, as well as throughout the day during breaks and lunches. At lunchtime, the Student Activities team ran a Pudsey themed photobooth, with hero-themed props to tie into the College's hero theme for this year, "Unleash your Inner Hero", as well as ‘Guess the number of sweets in a jar'. The Student Union and Student Activities team raised a total of £149.
Staff at the College were thrilled with the total amount raised and thank all students and staff for raising as much as possible for a great cause.
