Chelsea Coaches Welcomed at Bexhill College Football Academy

Bexhill College Football Academy in association with Chelsea Football Club Foundation and Eastbourne Borough have been able to welcome coaches from the Foundation to work exclusively with the academy players. Both the men’s and woman’s academies were able to welcome an experienced team of coaches to work with the players including a goalkeeping coach who put the players through their paces in two hour training sessions. All of the sessions were received very well by the academy players and gave the players a taste of the academy experience.

Academy manager Sean Noble commented “We are very grateful to the coaches of the Chelsea Foundation for taking the time to visit the players at the College. Due to the COVID19 restrictions that have been in place the academy has been unable to visit Chelsea’s training complex at Cobham so this has been an excellent replacement and a nice reward for the players continued commitment to the academy training sessions.”

The Bexhill College Football Academy currently consists of 3 men’s teams and 1 woman’s team and Academy will be hosting trials for all teams for the start of the 2021/22 season. For more information on the trials and dates, click the button below:
