There are 2 types of student visa for studying in the UK: short-term student visas and Tier 4 student visas. If you are coming for more than 6 months you will need to apply for a Tier 4 Visa. Bexhill 6th Form College is a sponsor for Tier 4 (General) and Tier 4 (Child). Please use the links below for all visa information.
You need to have received a Confirmation of Acceptance to Study (CAS) from the College before you are able to apply for a visa, so please allow plenty of time for us to process your application and then for the Home Office to process your visa. We advise that you apply for your visa at least two months before your course is due to start as some students are disappointed when they are accepted for a place at College then do not have enough time to get their visa. We will need evidence of this when you apply to study at Bexhill College. We will also need evidence of your level of English Language.
Please ensure you are aware of all the visa requirements for entry into the UK prior to applying. The following websites will help you with this:
UKVI home www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration

In order for your application to be processed, we need to know how good you are at English.
