Hire our Facilities for Your Next Event

The state-of-the-art Sports Facilities are available to hire for your next team event. Please read below for a list of available spaces and amenities, with a list of prices. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please be aware that the office is staffed part-time. If your call is unanswered, please leave a message and a member of the sports centre team will get back to you. Prices for the use of the Bexhill College sports facilities include VAT. If you are a club or association, please contact us for information on VAT exemption.

Hire Prices

The prices listed below will be in affect from the 1^st of October 2025. All prices listed include VAT.

It is available from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays. Holiday opening times may vary, please contact the sports centre for details.
Badminton courts/Tennis courts	1 court: £14.28/hr	2 courts: £27.36/hr	3 courts: £41.40/hr	4 courts/use of whole hall: £56.40/hr
Sports hall	Whole hall: £56.40/hr
Dance studio	Whole studio: £39.00/hr

Children’s parties: 2 hr booking	£103.20 – no staff £134.40 – staffed				1 hr Sports hall 1 hr for food

Amenities & Specifications

The majority of our indoor sports facilities have the following amenities available:

Additional power sockets may require extension cables which can be provided on request.
All computers and laptops have internet access; filtering available. (Any specific links should be sent in advance for checking.)
Computer/laptop logins for external users will need to be requested in advance.
Our standard software is Microsoft Office 365.

Guest Wi-Fi logins can be requested in advance when booking. Each pass is valid for 24 hours from first login.
Hirers can use their own laptop/devices if indicated when making the booking. In such cases, hirers must provide all of their adaptors/cables.
If any videos are to be shown formats should be checked in advance.
