International student success in the Anthea Bell Prize for Young Translators

A Level Modern Languages students recently entered the Anthea Bell Prize for Young Translators, translating poems in French, Spanish, German, Italian and Mandarin into English. The competition, organised by Queen’s College, Oxford, received over 16,000 entries from schools across the country. Employer Encounter: Speech And Language Therapy Careers Talk

English Language students recently attended a fascinating talk from Alex Lazell, a Speech and Language Therapist. Students learned about the phonetic sound system, speech problems, and the role of speech and language therapy in helping especially young people develop their speech and language effectively.
