Bexhill College took nine beginners to Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre yesterday ahead of the College ski trip to Bormio, Italy that is taking place from the 18-25th of January. A Level PE Students Visit Brighton University’s Sports Science Department

On Thursday 11th of May, Year 1 A Level PE students visited Lord’s Cricket Ground in London where they toured the museum, media centre, training centre, and real tennis court where they watched a live game of tennis. Students also had the opportunity to see a cricket match between Cambridge Women’s Team and Oxford Women’s Team. This helped develop the students’ knowledge and understanding of the ‘Sport and Society’ topic they are currently studying.

Women’s Volleyball Team Place 4th At Nationals

A huge congratulations to the Women’s Volleyball Team who came 4th place in the sports nationals held at Nottingham University. They competed against 11 other colleges around the UK, making it all the way to the semi-finals, where they eventually lost to Newcastle Volleyball team. Primary School Students Participate In Festival Of Sport Organised By Sports Coaching Students

On Thursday 20th April, 120 students from Little Common Primary School visited the College for a 'Festival of Sport' run by our BTEC Sports Coaching students. The students ran sessions in a variety of activities including basketball, hockey, short tennis, netball, and football in the sports hall, and on the 3G pitch and tennis courts. Well done to our Sports Coaching students for all their hard work during the event.
