On Tuesday the 12th of March, Bexhill College held its fourth sector-specific Progression Fair. This event was for our Politics, Economics, Business, and Law students across all year groups.
These events allow both students and employers the ability to discuss career planning due to the close links between studies and progression. As well as providing students with the opportunity to engage in career research, students are also able to develop their communication and networking skills.
We were joined by local and national employers, including Nationwide Bank, Ashdown Hurrey, Sussex Police, British Army, Heringtons Solicitors, Price Chartered Accountants, and Honey Barrett Chartered Accountants. We were also joined by a number of universities based on destination data and alumni information, including the University of Brighton, the University of Essex, the University of Reading, the University of Law, the University of Sussex, the University of Chichester, and the University of Hertfordshire.
We would like to thank all the stallholders for their input and we look forward to our next event for Catering, Hospitality and Travel and Tourism, Education and Childcare, and Health and Social Care in April.
