First year Business Extended Diploma students used their prior knowledge to discuss what source of finance they would recommend when expanding a business. They went on to analyse how this might help to kick start the economy. The students then evaluated the different sources of finance available to business to support their expansion and the positive impact that this would have on the economy as a whole.
Meanwhile our first year T Level in Management and Administration students were identifying how their business startup ideas could contribute to the local and national economy. We discussed the concept of GDP and then analysed the classes business ideas, focussing on how many employees they would need and how this benefits the local area in helping to kick start the economy.
