Former Level 3 Applied Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition and Level 3 Hospitality Subsidiary Diploma student Lucy visited the college to speak to Hospitality students about her experience on Concord management training programme. Lucy is due to start her third placement with Concord, next week and she talked about the process she went through when applying and recently working on the programme in a 5* hotel. Students were able to ask Lucy a range of questions about her experience as a trainee to gain an ‘employees’ point of view.
Lucy also included valuable information about her experience of how the industry is meeting environmental and sustainable procedures to support students understanding of Unit 14 Environment and Sustainability in Hospitality.
