Alan Foster, Managing Director, and a branding expert from AST Marketing, Design, and Consulting, spoke to a Business class this morning about the importance of branding for businesses. Alan, who has over a decade of experience in the industry, shared his insights on how branding can help businesses differentiate themselves in today’s competitive landscape.
During his talk, Alan emphasized that branding is much more than just a logo or a slogan. He explained that a strong brand should be authentic, memorable, and consistent across all touchpoints, from the website to the product packaging. Alan also stressed the importance of conducting market research and defining the target audience before developing a brand strategy. “You need to know who you’re talking to before you can create a message that resonates with them,” he said.
