Over the last few weeks, our first year Health and Social Care students have been collecting unused and unwanted toiletries to support Warming Up The Homeless. These will be sold or used in Christmas hampers. The students then organised a tombola in the College Refectory, raising £135 which has been used to purchase Christmas treats which will be distributed to the homeless adults and children of Bexhill, Hastings, and Eastbourne! The students were also visited by Colette from Warming Up The Homeless who discussed the charity’s work in the local community. Thank you to everyone who has donated or contributed to this charity.
