Our T Level Animal Management and Science students recently had an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Heathrow Animal Reception Centre (HARC). The trip included an insightful presentation by the HARC manager, covering the facility’s vital role in ensuring animal welfare, legislative compliance, and biosecurity. Students explored real case studies, engaged in a Q&A session, and had a tour of the facilities whereby thousands of animals pass through each year.
