On Tuesday 11th June, Business students attended an engaging presentation by Chloe Wilkinson, former student and owner of The Good Grub restaurant, Eastbourne. Chloe shared her entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the challenges and successes she encountered while building her business.
The session covered key topics such as business planning, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and the importance of sustainability in today’s market. Chloe also provided valuable insights into the day-to-day operations of running a successful food business and offered practical advice for aspiring entrepreneurs.
