Our Level 2 and Level 3 Catering students were joined by Hulya, an ambassador for the Burnt Chef Project, which is a globally recognised not-for-profit Social Enterprise. The Burnt Chef Project is fully committed to making the hospitality profession healthier and more sustainable by focusing on people’s well-being first.
Hulya spoke to the students about Mental Health and Wellbeing to help raise awareness. This was to give students ideas about coping strategies and to help make them understand that there is help and support available.
