Level 3 Hospitality and Travel and Tourism students visited The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne to look around some of their rooms, taking note of the facilities, design and methods used for cleaning and servicing accommodation operations. As part of the Travel and Tourism specification, students focused on sustainability and the technology that is being used throughout the hotel.
Our students and staff members were met with a warm welcome from Astrid, who showed them around and discussed the topics. This was followed by a talk from Executive Chef Harvey. A big thank you to The Grand Hotel who are always accommodating with allowing us to visit.
